But Miss Keys claims that she’s now fit due to cutting out Mickey D’s and other fast food fabulousness. Not only that but she has maintained her figure by working out hardcore. Alicia Keys attended the “We Are Together” premiere in New York.
Tonight, Alicia Keys is hosting the “We Are Together” event in association with “Keep A Child Alive”, co-founded by Keys herself, and HBO Documentary Films.
Keys showed up in this strapless gown, slicked back hair and subtle makeup. I kind of like those earrings, if I say so myself.

Not sure if you all heard about the controversial comments Alicia Keys made in an interview with Blender magazine. If you haven’t yet heard, you have been living under a rock.
To summarize for all you under-rock residers, Alicia was quoted saying that Gangsta rap was â€a ploy to convince black people to kill each other,” and that the mainstream media, the record industry and those in power allowed it to flourish. Alicia has since defended her comments, however, 50 Cent wasn’t hearing ANY OF IT!Â
50 Cent told Rhapsody, “I don’t like Alicia Keys no more.â€Â Bam! You hear that?
And from the sounds of it, he isn’t a fan of Alicia’s music either. “I don’t think that [her] classical s–t is cool. I don’t give a f–k if you can classically play the piano. I haven’t been classically trained, because my upbringing, nobody put me in front of a piano at that time…I could f–king care less about the s–t. So she don’t like the music that embodies the harsh realities because they’re not her realities. She hasn’t been subjected to the same things.”
Wowsers!
I’m thinking there will be no duets or future collabo between 50 and Alicia.

Sources say that Miss Alicia Keys and her longtime lover and producer Kerry “Krucial” Brothers may make it official on July 4th of this year!
According to the source, Alicia and Kerry have booked their wedding festivities that Friday and Saturday at New York’s Oheka Castle. Good for them!
