Over the years I have grown to love (believe it or not) Miley Cyrus. There’s no doubt about it…the girl is rich, rich, rich. She’s gorgeous, surprisingly intelligent (albeit she enjoys smoking the ganja from time to time) and she can pretty much have anything she wants. And if that “anything” means some brand new fun bags, then she’ll go for the cut and insert.

So the other evening, Miley and her hunky hottie Liam Hemsworth walked the red carpet for the CNN Heroes event in Los Angeles and she seemed to look a bit fuller on the top. While several reports (and plastic surgeons looking for publicity) are saying that Miley definitely appears to have gone under the knife, Miley is saying you’re wrong y’all!
