The Coco MoCA (The New York Museum of Conan Art) might be in its final day, but this exhibition of Conan O’Brien inspired art made by his adoring public can only fuel the creative fires of his rabid fan base. The Time Warner Center in NYC has hosted the collection since October 24th.
Coco MoCA made its first appearance at Comic-Con, highlighting impressive depictions of Conan’s fishnet-wearing alter ego The Flaming C. It’s a little disconcerting to think about how many people are spending copious amounts of time not only replaying images of Coco in fishnets, but actually creating lasting works of art that will burn those images into the minds of all who happen to catch a glance of these strangely erotic superhero images.
