I never thought I would say this, but perhaps Heather Locklear should call up her former co-star Charlie Sheen and ask him where the road to redemption lies. We are barely into 2012 and every other day it seems like Heather Locklear has gone from America’s Sweetheart…to America’s Crackhead.
