It’s obvious that Tara Reid is happy. It may be her new husband Zack Kehayov. Heck, it may be the beach life she’s been living. And yeah, it sure as hell could be the booze. In fact, I’m pretty sure the latter has a big part of her happiness.

At any rate, she’s smiling and that’s all that matters, right?
