Huey Lewis Gets “Hot In Cleveland” (VIDEO)

Huey Lewis, Hot In Cleveland guest star

Yes, my friends…Huey Lewis is still alive and kickin’. I’m not so sure about the “News”, but we’ve got some other kind of news to share regarding the legendary musician. I’m corny but clever today, guys. At any rate, Lewis is making his way back to Cleveland.

On Wednesday, February 8th’s episode of “Hot In Cleveland”, Lewis is a guest star who plays Johnny Revere, who records a benefit song in Cleveland and Victoria (Wendie Malick) assumes they’ll pick up where they left off. Meanwhile, Melanie (Valerie Bertinelli) meets her musical idol, Elka (Betty White) gets snippy for her favorite charity and Joy (Jane Leeves) chases her fantasy of being a rock star.

Susan Lucci returns to Hot In Cleveland (VIDEO)

Susan Lucci may have some extra time on her hands now that “All My Children” has been canceled, but that doesn’t mean she is retiring from the TV business. Lucci (playing herself) returns to Hot In Cleveland looking for guidance from her arch nemesis Victoria (Wendie Malick). Susan wins over the rest of the ladies by offering diet tips to Melanie (Valerie Bertinelli), setting up Joy (Jane Leeves) with a ‘doctor’ (Ryan McPartlin), and convincing Baron Davis (playing himself) to meet with Elka (Betty White) for some basketball advice. Once Susan makes the ladies’ wishes come true, they realize they may have been better off listening to Victoria’s warnings that they’ll all get “Lucci-ed.”

Joe Jonas and Jennifer Love Hewitt play love interests (I know, weird combo, right?) in the TVLand hit “Hot In Cleveland”.

Here’s the scenario for all you Hot In Cleveland fans:

Victoria’s (Wendie Malick) daughter Emmy (Jennifer Love Hewitt) is back for a visit with some very surprising news – she’s engaged to Melanie’s (Valerie Bertinelli) son Will (Joe Jonas)! Joy (Jane Leeves) is dating a blind man who thinks she’s 26 and Elka (Betty White) is prank-calling a certain Yankee third baseman.

New “Hot in Cleveland” this Wednesday on TV Land!

I don’t know about you, but it seems like everything Betty White touches turns to gold. Who knew that the new little show on TV Land where you can find reruns of Roseanne and Leave it to Beaver, would have a superstar show like this? I knew it would happen, of course (okay, maybe I didn’t…).

If you haven’t gotten obsessed with watching Betty White then you can catch a brand new episode of Hot in Cleveland this Wedneseday at 10 PM ET/PT.

What can you expect to find on their newest episode?

Joy (Jane Leeves) and Elka (Betty White) are put in a rhino cage.

Victoria (Wendie Malick) dates a janitor and Melanie (Valerie Bertanelli) dates a senator.

Sounds a lot like the weekend I had just a couple of weeks ago.

And if you want a little bit of a bigger taste of the celebrity life, make sure you catch the People’s Choice Awards (isn’t it exciting? We have the power!) coming Wednesday night at 9/8 C on CBS.

I don’t know about you, but I plan on gossiping all about the why Katy Perry didn’t show up, and *gasp* we all can wait in baited breath to see if Hot in Cleveland won the award for Favorite Cable TV Comedy.

Plus, while you are waiting for those two awesome shows to come on, you can catch the premiere of Chelsea Handler’s new show (by the way, am I the only one who insisted that her last name was Lately?), Are You There, Chelsea all about Chelsea’s life in her twenties, which airs 8:30 to 9:00 PT.

I think we’ll all find out we have more in common with Chelsea than we think. Or, maybe not.
