Michael Jackson’s Family checks out The Immortal World premiere in Vegas (PHOTOS)

The Michael Jackson The Immortal world premiere went down in Vegas over the weekend and it brought out not only the Jackson family (yes, even Michael’s three children attended and Mama Katherine, who had a big fat smile on her face), but a slew of big name celebrities. FYI: The show will continue to play there until December 14th so you still have time to head over to the Mandalay Bay Resort to check it out.

I have a feeling the Jackson family was finally able to enjoy themselves after the stressful couple of months they endured with the Conrad Murray trial and all. Ya think?

X-Factor is set to debut TONIGHT and with that, you know they are going to go hard or go home. And in true style, anything that is attached to Simon Cowell generates huge ad viewership. So, obviously Pepsi dished out some big dough to get a spot in this show’s premiere!

The commercial spot titled “Music Icons” features Pepsi’s rich music history, featuring global icons Michael Jackson, Britney Spears, Kanye West, Ray Charles and Mariah Carey. “Music Icons” captures the essence of Pepsi and THE X FACTOR’s search for the next pop music star.

It is pretty cool and brings back some memories. However just seeing Michael in a Pepsi ad reminds me of burning hair for some reason.

Today would have been Michael Jackson’s 53rd birthday and in celebration of his would-have-been, sister Latoya Jackson paid tribute to her brother by posting a personal family picture on Twitter, along with an emotional message.

This particular photo was taken at Michael’s last birthday that he spend with the whole Jackson family back in 2004.

Jermaine Jackson is effing pissed off at Michael Jackson tribute promoters. Sure, the promoters are doing their damnedest to get an all star roster to honor the late King of Pop, but is it a good idea to book someone who had a problem with Michael’s personal woes?

In one of the first Jackson family interviews, Jermaine Jackson sits down with Matt Lauer to talk about losing Michael Jackson. The Jermaine Jackson interview can be seen below in the Today Show video.

During the interview, Jermaine talks about the tragic day that Jacko died, the alleged drug use and the other controversial situations Jackson faced in his life.

Jermaine says, “The world didn’t appreciate him. The world loved him and certain people, certain industries didn’t appreciate him, and in his time on this earth he did good. He wanted good for everyone.” Very true. It seems not everyone loved him UNTIL his death. Watch the Jermaine Jackson interview and Today Show video below.
