Miley was spotted leaving Casa Vega restaurant in Sherman Oaks, California on Wednesday, January 18th with her hunky boyfriend Liam Hemsworth.
Girlfriend looks fierce per usual. I’m not a big fan of the mom jean shorts, but Cyrus seems to pull them off rather well.

Over the years I have grown to love (believe it or not) Miley Cyrus. There’s no doubt about it…the girl is rich, rich, rich. She’s gorgeous, surprisingly intelligent (albeit she enjoys smoking the ganja from time to time) and she can pretty much have anything she wants. And if that “anything” means some brand new fun bags, then she’ll go for the cut and insert.
So the other evening, Miley and her hunky hottie Liam Hemsworth walked the red carpet for the CNN Heroes event in Los Angeles and she seemed to look a bit fuller on the top. While several reports (and plastic surgeons looking for publicity) are saying that Miley definitely appears to have gone under the knife, Miley is saying you’re wrong y’all!

Miley Cyrus is back in Haiti helping to deliver the gift of hearing to 400 children and adults. Cyrus represents the Starkey Hearing Foundation mission after she bid on the trip to Haiti during the Foundation’s So The World May Hear Awards Gala that was held this summer.

according to a source, LA band Lustra has said that Miley’s song “Rockstar” is a carbon copy of their “Scotty Doesn’t Know” tune. The band whose song is the soundtrack to the 2004 movie Eurotrip was alerted to Miley’s song-similarities by their fans, and they have since determined the tunes are virtually the same, despite the mismatching lyrics.
Ummmm, hello! Miley doesn’t even write her own songs. She just SINGS them. That is Miley’s defense…and so, the accusations have been slapped on Disney’s desk. All Disney had to do was ask permission from Lustra and things would have been hunky dory. But, instead they are more than likely going to be dishing out some dough to the ticked off band!
