It seems now that Miley Cyrus has dominated the Disney market with her music and her acting abilities, it appears now Miley is tapping into Oprah territory, alongside MTV for a NYE special called the “Miley-Sized Surprise” New Year’s eve show.

Basically one fan was chosen for their good deeds over the past year…something Miley, well, hasn’t exactly done besides having a successful television show and musical career. Her personal life has well been exxxposed…you could say.

Alison Kaprielian won a surprise concert thanks to her work with the Pink Ribbon Club for Breast Cancer Awareness, and in keeping with this theme of saving the boobies, all audience members were required to sport the color pink.

Miley is rumored to have spent most of the day with Alison, treating her and her mother to surprise makeovers and a monster surprise party. For any Miley fan, it would have been a dream come true. Alison may not be a celebrity, but girlfriend should be proud of all she has accomplished in 2008. Big Kudos to Alison!
