Madame Tussauds unveiled their waxed version of Zac Efron at the museum’s New York branch, on loan from its Las Vegas location, Thursday.

He may have weaseled his way out of “Footloose”, but there are rumors that Zac Efron may be suiting up in pirate attire for the new installment of “Pirates of the Caribbean”. For some reason, I just can’t envision that. However, E! caught up with the High School Musical star to find out if there is any truth to that rumor.

“I wish I could confirm it was anything but a rumor, but I haven’t heard it. I wish (it) would happen! If you guys want to make it happen, I’m here!”
