After a 90 minute operation to alleviate the pain of a bowel blockage, Jade Goody is said to be recovering nicely and will be able to return home once she feels able.
Jade’s publicist said, “Everything depends on how she is feeling when she comes round from the operation. But the doctors at the Chelsea and Westminster hospital said the operation went well.”
And while rumors that cancer has now spread to Jade’s brain, Max Clifford (Jade’s publicist), has yet to confirm that circulating rumor. A source said, “Jade was told while in a hospice at the weekend that the cancer was traveling freely in her blood and has spread to her brain. This is, of course, awful but not unexpected. She has already been told the disease is terminal.”
Even if the cancer has spread, Jade knew the cancer was terminal and did know that she only had weeks to live. At any rate, the situation sucks. I wish I could give Jade a great big hug!
