But, unfortunately funny.
So Jessica Simpson has indulged in one too many chocolate covered donuts with sprinkles…the media is ripping on Tony Romo’s girl hardcore. While every D-list celebrity has had something to say about Jessica’s fuller figure, there is one very important question one must wonder. Why hasn’t her man grown some balls to defend his woman? And where’s Papa Joe in all this? We know Papa Joe has once publicly commented on his own daughter’s rack…so why isn’t he opening his flap trap now? Shame, shame, shame. Despite being called a fatty bow-batty, Jessica Simpson has courageously gone where no other has gone before…hip-hugging leather pants.

In what was her first performance since the controversy over her new curvy chub, Jessica Simpson strutted across a Virginia stage in some tight leather pants as a “take that u big meanies” presentation.
At the end of her set, Jessica briefly thanked the crowd for their support and positively shouted, “Stay positive, and pray out loud! I love you guys, good night.”
C’mon Papa Joe…Tony Romo…grow some balls and defend your beotch!

Papa Joe must be thinking that some more of Jessica’s stink would do well in a market already sick of Jessica Simpson. But, he could be right. It is the holiday season and peeps are looking for gifts for that special someone. However, I’m not so sure “Fancy” is what I would have called this concoction. The Simpson clan should have hired me for their scent name inventor. I can think of a few very clever names that would best suit Jessica Simpson’s style: Washed-Up Hoo Hah, Twangy Tuna, Totally Daisy or Desperation. What do ya think?
Anywho, Jessica spent her time in Chicago promoting her new scent and is just waiting ever so patiently for her tour with Rascal Flatts that starts in January.
“I can’t wait to be a part of their show and let everyone know that I do actually sing and I’m not just in tabloids,” Jessica told a source.
We can’t wait either. Uh, yeah.

All you honky-tonkin’ fans who tuned into the biggest night in country music last night KNOW that it was a night full of not-so-many-surprises. Although, by pure observation, adding Kellie Pickler to the country music mix sure adds a trashy appeal that I never thought I would see in the genre in MY LIFETIME. Anypushupbraandplasticsurgery…
Kenny Chesney took home his third straight “Entertainer of the Year” trophy, while Carrie Underwood took the Best Female Artist award. Too bad Jessica Simpson didn’t even get an invite so that she could cop a listen to what REAL country music sounds like. Anytwang, here is a list of the winners from last night’s big show.

With the horrible economy and peeps cutting back on extra curricular spending, it comes as no surprise that album sales are down. But, with Pink’s (Alecia Moore) highly anticipated album “Fun House”, she managed to score the number two spot on the album charts. Yahoo for Pink. Unfortunately, she was unable to beat out the AC/DC metal heads. Here’s hoping to a number one takeover next week!
Here are the top ten albums for the week, according to Hits Daily Double:
1. AC/DC, Black Ice
2. P!nk, Fun House
3. Soundtrack High School Musical 3: Senior Year
4. John Legend, Evolver
5. Toby Keith, That Don’t Make Me A Bad Guy
6. Rascal Flatts, Greatest Hits Volume 1
7. T.I., Paper Trail
8. Celine Dion, My Love: Essential Collection
9. Snow Patrol, A Hundred Million Suns
10. Kenny Chesney, Lucky Old Sun
Pink’s album seriously rocks, so if you are able to treat yourself to some brand spankin’ new music, I highly suggest “Fun House”. You WILL thank me.

Just when I thought I’d buy tickets to see the Rascal Flatts, I need to seriously reconsider. I just logged into my myspace account and the first thing I see is one of Jessica’s 10 fans promoting this news in a bulletin. I about choked on my diet coke.
Breaking News! Jessica Simpson to tour with Rascal Flatts
Multi-platinum selling group Rascal Flatts announced plans today to continue their sold-out “Bob That Head Tour” into 2009. The 2008 leg will wrap up November 2, after a two-day play in Uncasville, Connecticut at Mohegan Sun. “Bob That Head Tour” winter 2009 dates will launch in mid-January and will run with approximately 25 shows. Dates, cities and on-sales will be announced later this fall. Epic/Columbia Nashville’s Jessica Simpson will open the 2009 “Bob That Head Tour” shows.
Jessica Simpson grew up with a mix of musical influences, and while it was her multi-Platinum pop success that introduced her to countless fans, it was country music where she found her heart. The release of her Epic/Columbia Nashville debut country album, Do You Know, was met with a resounding cheer, debuting at 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and launching Jessica’s first country hit, “Come on Over.” It’s one of eight songs she co-wrote for the album, which also includes her new single, “Remember That,” and the title track, featuring friend and hero, Dolly Parton. Acknowledging her roots as a country girl, Jessica has said, “I took the long way around to get back to where I came from,” but with Do You Know, she’s truly found her home.”
Do I REALLY want to see THIS…LIVE?
Forget it, I’m already feeling nauseous. I think I’ll pass.
I’m wondering how much Papa Joe had to pay these guys to allow her to take the stage before them. Of course he wanted her to perform on an already SOLD OUT tour. And, how fitting would a “Bob Your Head” tour be for Chestica?
Well…I’ll let you figure that one out…

The Hannah Montana movie is going to mix it up a bit by adding a little bit more country pizazz to it. Taylor Swift made a special appearance in the movie playing herself and performing a hot little number that will leave you all screaming for more. Eh. Or not.
According to a source, Swift joins fellow country-fried singers Rascal Flatts and American Idol alum Bucky Covington, who also appear in the flick. Coincidentally, all these artists are signed to Disney’s Lyric Street Records.
I don’t know if I like this whole idea. Hannah Montana might as well add a little bit more twang to her voice now. Perhaps Billy Ray has something to do with all this? ‘Cuz you KNOW he was responsible for those racy photos of his daughter. Sorry but the surfer dude haircut WON’T work on me, Mister. Do we have another Papa Joe on our hands?
Or is Disney trying to switch things up a bit?
I guess we’ll see when this flick comes out!
