Terminator 3 actor Nick Stahl was reported missing by his wife Rose Murphy Stahl 5 days ago, and while he’s still MIA, TMZ is reporting that Nick Stahl emailed his friends yesterday, saying he was going to enter treatment and would be out of contact for 30 days.

Friends and family “hope he’s telling the truth… but they are skeptical.”

Sources tell TMZthat Stahl’s wife wasn’t listed on the email, and a rep for the LAPD says the email doesn’t change the fact that Stahl is listed as a missing persons. The case will remain open for now, as an email isn’t quite enough for them to close the file on it.

Here’s hoping the actor is alive and well and follows through on his plans to enter rehab.

Taylor Armstrong Needs Booze Control

Taylor Armstrong may be portrayed as one of those cray cray housewives, and that she may be, but whether self-inflicted or not, she’s been through hell and instead of getting professional help with her antics, she’s medicating with booze.

A source told Radaronline.com that “Taylor has been relying on alcohol to cope with the suicide of her husband, Russell, and the stress of raising a child as a single mother. Viewers got a glimpse of her drinking last season on the show when she had an epic meltdown at Camille [Grammer's] Aspen mansion. Taylor got so intoxicated that she climbed into her suitcase. It was very scary for all of the ladies to witness.”

“And that was before Russell killed himself. The fellow Housewives feel that Taylor needs to go to rehab to learn how to cope with the pressures of life without alcohol or any other substances. Taylor is in denial that she has a problem with booze. One of the reasons is why is because she is a paid spokesperson for Ciroc vodka. She earns about $100 thousand a year from that endorsement deal, and she is afraid that if she goes to rehab they will drop her.”

Isn’t that just brilliant? Giving an alcoholic an endorsement deal to promote alcohol is like giving a crack pipe to a crackhead. And if Taylor loses this deal, she’s losing money to keep those lips bigger than an Angel fish’s.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is in Rehab for prescription pills addiction!

Mike The Situation Sorrentino is in rehab for prescription pills. Our friends at Radaronline.com confirmed that the greasy guy with the wash board abs checked himself into rehab for pill addiction.

He released the following statement, “I want to set the record straight. I have voluntarily taken steps to get control of a prescription medication problem I had due to exhaustion. I have spent the past several weeks getting treatment for this problem and recuperating from my work and appearance schedule. I appreciate my fans support and love you guys.”

An insider told Radar that “Mike had become dependent on prescription pills to counter-act his hard partying lifestyle, which included illegal substances. He was in a vicious cycle of not sleeping because of the [drugs] he was taking, so he began using prescription pills to help him sleep. Mike would refer to the prescriptions pills as ‘downers.’ The good news is that he was the one that wanted to get help and checked into rehab. Hopefully with the proper treatment, Mike will be able to lead a sober life.”

So will Mike return to film the sixth season of the Jersey Shore? The source adds that, “It’s unclear right now if Mike will be part of the cast when filming resumes this summer, he has told people he absolutely wants to do it, but it’s just too soon to be able to say definitively if he will be at the shore this summer.”

Because Mike is such a popular part of the show, I highly doubt he’s going to give up any money because of rehab. Radar is also saying that Mike obviously isn’t going to be taking rehab seriously considering he is unwilling to turn down club appearances or any amount of money that supports his lavish lifestyle.

“Mike doesn’t want to give up his paid club promotional appearances: he loves the attention that he gets from the ladies and the money is great. Mike leads a very expensive life and he doesn’t want his lifestyle to suffer because of his decision to go to rehab. He is very upset that stint in rehab has become public knowledge, because he doesn’t want it to affect his bottom line. Mike’s brother handles his club appearances and he has been telling club managers that Mike has no plans on giving up the nightlife.”

That sure sounds like someone who isn’t serious about getting well.

Tatum O’ Neal is in rehab for cocaine relapse!

Tatum O’Neal is back in rehab peeps, after having a big fat cocaine relapse last month. We all know that O’Neal has had issues in the past…in fact, for most of her adult life and her family is no stranger to rehab stints with her brother Redmond currently rehabbing it up in Southern Cali for his addiction to heroin.

“Tatum made the decision to voluntarily check into rehab after having a relapse about a month ago when she began using cocaine again,” an insider close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.

However, Tatum is at a rehab facility that doesn’t follow the 12 step AA model, which doesn’t bode well for her success, according to the source.

“Tatum is doing really, really bad at the facility she is at. Tatum isn’t at a 12 step based treatment program, and that is a huge problem because someone with Tatum’s addiction needs to be at a rehab facility like Betty Ford or Cirque Lodge which adhere to the 12 step model,” the source says. “Tatum is essentially in denial about how bad her addiction is. Tatum is refusing to embrace the 12 step AA model to get sober.”

Well good gawd. Why oh why would she go to a facility that isn’t going to help her in the fashion that she needs to be helped? This is just asking for an unsuccessful round of rehab.

All I can do is shake my head. Isn’t the first step of getting sober admitting there is a damn problem? And if she voluntarily admitted herself to rehab doesn’t that mean she acknowledges that there is a problem?

Gerard Butler Was in Rehab?

Apparently so. Gerard Butler is in the process of getting OUT of rehab. It seems as if he has had some big fat problems with substance abuse as of late and is getting himself straight. Apparently he has been spending the last three weeks in the Betty Ford Clinic in California.

According to a report,

the star started struggling with pain medication as he battled to recover from injuries he suffered on the set of 2006 movie 300 and his problems were exacerbated after he was hurt in a surfing accident during filming of his latest project, Of Men and Mavericks.

And now TMZ is reporting that Butler is on his way out to be released!

Butler has had trouble in the past with booze but he gave it up when he was 27 (he is now the ripe age of 42).

Butler was previously quoted as saying, “It’s been years now and it’s like it never happened. I can’t remember drinking. When I stopped I would look at a beer and think how great it would be. I’d get this pang in my stomach to go back out and have fun, but then I’d remember that I used up that right – that I did a full life worth of drinking between 14 and 27. That I’d done enough drinking for half a dozen people. Now I have no connection with it.”

Well apparently he missed getting crunk ‘cuz he went at it again. Here’s hoping that rehab worked for Gerard!

REPORT: Demi Moore Weighs Under 100 pounds

A couple of days ago, Demi Moore checked into the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah for anorexia and addiction to prescription pills and so far from what we understand, the progress for Demi has been slow-going as she may not have accepted that she has issues. What is the first step, people? All together now…”Accepting that there is a problem” and this is definitely something that our beloved Freckles has been unable to do during her recent stay at the Lodge. I suppose having Courtney Love as a sobriety coach isn’t exactly helping matters either. Here’s hoping that the program works for Demi.

Our friends at RadarOnline.com are reporting that when Moore checked into the center she was not allowed to see how much she weighed. And that totally makes sense as why would you allow an anorexic access to a scale anyways?

Radar says,

“It’s common treatment practice at Cirque to not allow patients that are being treated for an eating disorder to see how much they weigh when they step on the scale. Their weights are taken everyday, sometimes several times a day to make sure that they aren’t losing weight while in treatment. Doctors at Cirque don’t want patients to fixate on their weight. Eating disorders are all about control, plain and simple. When someone is in the ravages of an eating disorder, their lives are typically out of control. The one thing someone with an eating disorder believes they can control in their lives, is food. Demi isn’t being forced fed or chastised for not wanting to eat though. The counselors at Cirque are working on giving Demi a safe and controlled environment, she is getting the best care possible. She is also dealing with an addiction to prescription medication, and she has a comprehensive team taking care of her.”

A source said of Demi’s anorexia and her weight of under 100 pounds, “People just say Demi should just eat something, well if it were that easy, she would. Anorexia is a very serious disease, and treatment can take three months before a patient begins to see success. She will likely stay at Cirque for at least 60 days. She doesn’t have a roommate currently, but that could change though as she advances through the program.”

REPORT: Demi Moore in rehab for anorexia, substance abuse issues

Yesterday we let you all know that Demi Moore was hospitalized then admitted to rehab for substance abuse issues. Now we have a bit more information regarding what prompted the hospital visit and what she is being treated for in rehab.

Radaronline.com is reporting that:

Demi Moore had a seizure Monday night before she was rushed to the hospital and is being treated for anorexia, among other substance abuse issues.

The 49-year-old Ghost star has become frighteningly thin since her split with husband Ashton Kutcher, and a source close to the actress described what happened to her.

“She collapsed after having an epileptic seizure,” the source said about the frightening medical emergency.

Her dramatic weight loss has caused much speculation about her health and the source confirmed that this is one of the issues she is seeking treatment for.

“Demi is in getting treated for anorexia, as well as other issues that caused her seizure,” the source said. “She has not taken care of her health at all lately and has lost a ton of weight.”

Thank you Captain Obvious. With a stick figure like that, we all knew damn well that that wasn’t a healthy diet and regular exercise. As for what sort of substance Demi has been medicating with, we aren’t certain but with a body like that I would guess that cocaine would be Demi’s drug of choice.

Even though Demi has not yet filed divorce papers, I have a hard time believing that Ashton is going to come crawling back to Demi after this hot mess.

I just hope that she gets the help she needs. She’s a pretty woman with midlife crisis issues who needs to worry about herself rather than impressing and reeling in the cubs. And for cripes sake, eat!

Brooke Mueller is going to take another stab at rehab. Yep, after two weeks of realization that this getting arrested for drugs thing really isn’t cool and that freaking out on another individual is idiotic, Mueller is ready to conquer her cracky attitude. At least she is willing and able, right? It’s at least more than we can say for Amy Winehouse and her constant “no, no, no” mantra. At any rate, we all know that the traditional rehab facility has not been working for Mueller, so instead so is going by the Masheen Method of Weening Off the Coke. Home rehab.

The source told People magazine that “Kim has been to rehab more than once before but every time is a new time, and everyone just hopes this sticks and that she gets the help she needs. SNL star Darrell Hammond used to be a cocaine freak and boozehound, all while on the set of Saturday Night Live. Surprised? You didn’t really think those impressions of Bill Clinton, Al Gore and Dick Cheney were all spot on just because of sheer talent, do you? Ok, Ok. I admit he had ME fooled.

In his new book, “God, If You’re Not Up There, I’m F*cked”, Hammond reveals a lot of crazy stories, including one that involves being taken from NBC “in a straitjacket”. No, seriously.
