Selena Gomez’s stalker Thomas Brodnicki is an honest man…a sick, but honest man. So the guy was recently ordered (in November) to stay away from Gomez, a temporary restraining order of sorts.

He was to have no contact with the star in any way, shape or form until at least January of 2012. Well, when the whole ordeal got brought to court to see if a three year extension would be possible of being granted, there was no real evidence that the creeper carried out a threat to kill the Disney star.
