Rihanna’s latest single Rude Boy is freakin’ hot, one of my faves off her Rated R album. Ri sure has been busy as heck promoting her new album overseas, but she did find some time to pay Ellen DeGeneres a visit on her show for a performance.
About her actual Rude Boy music video, Rihanna says, “[It's] completely different from any other video I’ve shot before. A lot of my videos are really dark and edgy and tough. ‘Rude Boy’ is more playing along the lines from my roots. We used a lot of color, but also the costumes were very Jamaican dance-hall-queen type.”
And after watching this video, I just have one message to y’all. Fack it. I’m going to Barbados.

Rihanna is on a big fat promotional tour overseas for her fourth album titled Rated R (a fabulous album, I must add). But in her promotional appearances, she certainly has been choosing some interesting ensembles. I’m thinking home girl is in a secret whacked out ensemble contest with Lady Goo Goo GaGa. Seriously. Rihanna sure likes the BAD boys and that is definitely bad with a capital “B”. What is so attractive about a man with a violent past? She may have had a violent and rocky relationship with R and B singer Chris Brown, but her latest boyfriend is apparently not the best guy to be hanging out with either. Yep, Mr. Matt Kemp could be trouble.
