Transformers 3 Victim’s Attorney Still Upset After Massive Settlement

Gabriela Cedillo may have come to an $18.5 million settlement with Paramount Pictures due to the result of life-changing injuries she sustained while an extra on the set of the 2011 blockbuster, Transformers 3, but that doesn’t matter, because her attorney is still in an uproar about it all- calling the production company “pretty pathetic.”

RadarOnline.com has an exclusive photo of Gabriela after her latest surgery, and spoke with Gabriela’s lawyer, Todd A. Smith.

“This victory came with a lot of effort against a company that claimed to the media that they would make the effort to take care of Gabby and her medical bills, when in reality they tried to do everything they could to avoid responsibility,” Smith tells Radar.

“They were busy grossing about a billion dollars off the movie, and they can’t step up to the plate to pay about $700,000? The taxpayers of Illinois ended up having to pay the bills for the damage that was done. That’s pretty pathetic, in my opinion.”

Apparently those hefty medical bills eventually forced her family onto Medical Aid, and while she’s been released from the hospital, she continues to attend regular rehab treatments and undergoes surgeries.

“We’re hopeful that she will continue to improve. However, after the two-year period with a brain injury, doctors predict you’ve usually maximized your recovery potential,” Smith says. “The reality is that she’s unlikely to ever have substantial employment.”

Kris Humphries is Playing Hard to Pay Off

Kris Humphries is not only capable of playing basketball. It seems he is also quite capable of playing hardball. Ripping a page from the gold-digger playbook that his soon to be ex-wife probably co-authored, the NBA star recently turned down a $7 million settlement from Kim Kardashian. Why is Humphries turnning down so much loot since he was only married for 72 days to the reality star?

Those in the know say that he wants the socialite to admit that the entire wedding was staged by her and her mother, Kris Jenner. The basketball player wants the Kardashians to admit to fraud and to make a public apology. So far, it looks like the little big ass that could is not budging at all on this key issue in their divorce proceedings. So now, here were are in March, nearly four months since they announced their divorce, which is months longer than the time they were together.

What do you think, people? is this ALL a publicity stunt? Who’s to blame here? Who’s showing us some class?

And who’s just being an ass?

Russell Brand doesn’t want Katy Perry’s money

So we all have had a bit of time to soak in the fact that Russell Brand and Katy Perry are getting a divorce. It’s done but now comes the dreaded paperwork and you know, for gold diggers, the fun part.

What I find interesting about Brand and Perry is that they didn’t sign a prenuptial agreement and with that being said, Brand could get a whopping TWENTY freakin’ million dollars. But get this…he doesn’t want it. Not a penny. Apparently the handful of nights burying his bearded mugshot into Perry’s chi-chis was enough for him.

TMZ is reporting that Russell’s lawyer

filed final divorce papers Tuesday … although the judge will make the divorce official on June 30, because there’s a 6 month waiting period.

Informed sources tell TMZ … Russell and Katy did NOT have a prenup. As a result, everything they earned during their 14-month marriage is community property — which means they’re each entitled to 50% of the pot.

Katy made $44 million between May, 2010 and May, 2011 — according to Forbes. The couple married in October, 2010, so Russell could have scored a fortune if he exercised his community property rights.

But Russell doesn’t want Katy’s money and is happy to walk away without a paycheck.

Let me just say that it is refreshing to see a divorce not get ugly. Or perhaps Russell just figures that once he releases his tell-all book that he’ll get his hefty paycheck that way?

At any rate, Brand…we salute you!

Let’s just say Masheen is going to be just fine

As will Brooke Mueller and Denise Richards and any other goddesses that come into Masheen’s life.

Masheen and the peeps at Warner Brothers and Two and a Half Men can breathe a sigh of relief. The madness is over. Charlie and the WB have reached a settlement after six months of negotiations. And as has been the rumor, Charlie will get at least $100 million from this deal.
