According to Shape Magazine, wearing a partial heel is actually good for the arch in your foot. However, they aren’t referring to the sky high stilettos that cramp our toes and make the balls of our feet go numb (been there, done that). They claim that certain flats don’t always have enough support because they are usually flimsy and offer no structure.

Can you believe it has been THIRTY years since SHAPE magazine was born? Well this November marks SHAPE magazine’s 30th Birthday and to celebrate the mag hosted a fabulous 30th Bash in New York on Wednesday IAC building and several celebrities showed up to the party.
The guest of honor was ultimate fitness game-changer, Miss Jane Fonda, who was presented with Shape’s Lifetime Achievement Award, by November cover stars, Dr. Oz and his wife Lisa—experts women look to every day for inspiration. Shape’s editor in chief, Tara Kraft, made opening remarks before introducing Dr. Oz and his wife, Lisa.
Fonda appeared on the September 1987 cover of the magazine.

How can you not love Heidi Klum? She’s like Angelina Jolie without the drama. She may have 292938 kids, a sexy hubby and a fierce attitude, but she is just like any of us averagely fabulous peeps.
