Not that you haven’t heard about the importance of sunscreen enough this summer already or anything, so I’m going to emphasize the importance of sunscreen some more (yay!). According dermatologist Karyn Grossman in Allure Magazine, one person every hour dies from skin cancer. I know it’s cool to lay out and get your tan on at the tanning salon (a la Jersey Shore cast) but it does a number on your skin. Not only does extensive sun exposure increase your chances of skin cancer but it also causes premature aging.
