Tom Jones was hospitalized on Saturday night with rumored heart problems, however, Jones posted via his website that it was “severe hydration” that forced the sexy geriatric crooner to cancel a concert in Monte Carlo at the Salle Des Etoiles in front of 200 peeps, at the last minute.
