According to an AOL (television hosts) popularity poll, funny woman Ellen Degeneres takes top honors as “most popular” by scoring 46% of the vote compared to Oprah’s 19%.
Ellen also beat out Oprah for the “daytime host who would make the ideal dinner guest”.
Oprah is so yesterday, in my opinion. Who wants to spend their afternoon crying and talking about geriatric sex when you can spend your time with Ellen dancin’, laughing, and playing pop trivia.
Don’t get me wrong, I do like Oprah, but Ellen rules the talkshow roost if you ask me.
