REPORT: Tameka Raymond’s Son To Be Taken Off Life Support

My heart breaks for Tameka Raymond and her son 11-year-old Kyle Glover. Kyle was in a horrible jet ski accident recently and just last week was declared brain dead by doctors. And now Tameka is going to have to decide whether to keep her son on life support or let him go. That sucks! No parent should have to even think about letting their children go.

And because Kyle’s health insurance will expire soon, she may have to take her boy, her child, off of life support.

TMZ is reporting that Tameka hasn’t lost hope that her son could make a recovery even though doctors declared him brain dead. Miracles can indeed happen, but it is the insurance company that could be deciding for how long Tameka can hold out for a miracle.

Apparently she doesn’t have the funds to cover the big hospital bills and even though Usher, who helped raise Kyle for several years, has been supportive he hasn’t offered to pony up any cash to pay for the bills.

  1. This is surely tragic news for any parent. However, keeping someone on life support that has a poor prognosis is only extending the heart break of everyone involved in the situation. As a medical professional I speak from experience. Miracles “DO” happen!!!! Turn off the life support and let God & the angels take complete control. If he starts to breathe on his on then “it’s God’s will” for that person to be here. If they expire then their assignment here on earth is complete and God knows it will break alot of hearts but sometimes God breaks our hearts to prove to us that he only takes the best. Blessing to all.
