With the Cheetostar on tour with her paparazzi-infested “Circus”, why wouldn’t there be another circus-themed show to attempt a one-up of Brit Brit’s lip-synched cotton-pony poppin’ tour? Well, bitches…Pink is also on a world tour with her tour set staged also as a circus. Copycat, much? Nah…actually with Pink‘s “Funhouse” I thought a circus theme would be perfect for her album, but since Britney beat Pink to the tour scene a couple months in advance she is getting bombarded by critics accusing her of being a tour copycat. BOTH singers have the high-flying dancers, acrobats AND wild acts in their shows.
Pink says, “Had I known that certain other people were going to base their latest thing about circus things, I probably would have went into another direction. I was six months before that and didn’t really understand that it was a trend that was happening. I’m pretty out of the loop.”
Well, I guarantee you WON’T be seeing Pink‘s mouse creeping out of the house or a lip-synced show. Check out Pink’s tour schedule here.
