Tino Coury, Journeys “Blowing Up” video
Tino Coury is a singer/songwriter/producer and clearly a man of many talents. He’s new on the scene, but Tino was recently profiled in an exclusive video with Journeys as part of their “Blowing Up” series. In the video, Tino offers an introduction, telling the story behind his single “Diary” and sharing how his music career came after a serious sports injury. (That has to be a good story!)

So who exactly is Tino Coury and why should you take note?
Tino has been blowin’ up the pop scene since the May 2010 release of his single “Diary”–a Top 40 rhythmic smash that also reached #11 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club chart. The in-demand singer-songwriter-producer–the first artist signed to indie label Eleventh Records, distributed through Universal’s Fontana–has been earning fans all over the country by performing on national TV and at shows with Jason Derulo, Drake, Train, Iyaz, New Boyz, Michael Posner, Kelly Rowland, Cartel, Kris Allen, and the Backstreet Boys, among others.
Now, the 22-year-old Pittsburgh-bred, Los Angeles-based artist will release additional singles in 2010 and a full-length album in 2011, proving he’s a current force to be reckoned with. And while several of his songs, including “Promise,” have received local radio airplay in his hometown, Tino has been preparing to launch his career by stockpiling his assets, writing and recording music in L.A.
