Well you knew things for Jon Gosselin were not going to get any better. That is why I always say, the TRUTH always comes out, sooner or later. And now in the ongoing saga of Jon and Kate Gosselin, Johnny Boy is getting his booty sued by TLC! Yep, Jon is getting served! HOLLA! What do you have to say to that Michael Lohan?
TLC, the network who helped Jon and Kate Gosselin rise to celebrity and made the now divorcing couple millions, has filed a lawsuit in Maryland against Jon for breach of contract. We wish the official reasoning would have been for “being a douche”, but you know the courts have to be nice and all. Or rather…technical. Pfffft.
According to a source, “TLC says it has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor his contract with them and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements. Those efforts have been unsuccessful, the network contends.”
While Jon is lawyered up, you can bet TLC has some pretty fabulous lawyers of their own to take on Jon Gosselin.
Let’s hope this douche bag gets what he deserves! Too bad so sad that the final Jon and Kate or Kate Plus Eight…whatever it is called…will have it’s last hurrah on the boob tube in November.
