Tony Hawk dating best friend’s wife?
Tony Hawk has violated serious man code by ditching his third wife, Lhotse Merriam, for a take at his business partner and best friend Matt Goodman‘s girl. And by girl I mean wife, Cathy. Talk about messy, eh?
According to the New York Post, sources claim Merriam found out about her hubby’s new relationship in December, after she found a plane ticket for Cathy that Tony booked for her so she could join him in San Francisco.
So much for his reported “lifelong friendship” with Matt Goodman. Ouch.
Last month in San Diego, Tony filed for divorce from Merriam. The two have one child together- Kadence Clover. Of course, Tony also has three sons from two previous marriages.
Oh, and Tony and Matt Goodman have been friends since they were kids. So much so that at each of Tony’s three weddings, Matt was a groomsman. The two also co-founded the action-sports movie company 900 films.
A rep for Tony told Page Six, “We do not comment on the personal lives of our clients.”
