Will.I.Am didn’t really know how to act during the Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee concert but got some good tips from his buddy Cheryl Cole.
You would think you would know a little bit about etiquette when hanging around Royalty, but unfortunately Will was pretty damn clueless.
The Black Eyed Peas star caused a little bit of controversy during his time in the UK after he tweeted while he carried the Olympic flame.
And it was when he sat in front of the Queen on Monday night when he logged into Twitter to tweet from onstage alongside Charlies, and the Queen. But Cheryl made sure he put away his phone.
Cole tells U.K. talk show host Graham Norton, “I actually had to warn him as we walked on to the stage. He had the phone at the ready. I’m not joking, I had to say to him, ‘Put that phone away right now before I kill you.’”
I doubt the Queen would have said off-with-his-head but she definitely would have given him a scoff and no more invitations to her estate!
