Madge’s vadge may be able to get what it wants, but Madge herself can’t always get what she wants. And, that is reassuring for us unimportant peeps in the world.
After a judge rejected Madge’s application to adopt little Mercy, it is rumored that Madge is going to be throwing one big fat party in Malawi. This comes as a huge surprise as it was said Madge was going to fly her butt out of Malawi today.
According to a source, traditional dancers have arrived at the luxury lodge where Madge is staying, as well as government officials and members of staff of her Raising Malawi charity.
There has not been confirmation of a party, however, air traffic control authorities granted clearance for Madonna’s jet to leave the country today, but Madge stayed in her lodge all day. Poor, poor Madge.
So why DID Madge get denied Mercy? Apparently Judge Esme Choombo said no exceptions should be made for Madge because she has never been a resident of Malawi and the rules say that prospective parents MUST have lived in the country for at least 18 months before adopting.
Apparently, Madge WILL appeal against the judgment. Whether she wins that appeal will tell whether we’ll see another face transformation, a la Joan Rivers, or not.
